I am a relational, experiential, and multidisciplinary psychotherapist based in Brooklyn, NY. I work with individuals, families, and groups to navigate through stuck-ness, trauma, transitions, and transformations. I specialize in working through the intertwining threads of intergenerational and developmental trauma, and exploring the depths and complexities of the human experience. With a background as a drama therapist, yoga teacher & performing artist, I support clients in unwinding outdated patterns and unwanted legacies in pursuit of more ease, freedom, and creativity.

In addition to more traditional psychotherapy, I also work with individuals and groups to create theatre as a therapeutic act. You will find information here about my work as a therapeutic theatre artist, director, speaker, and educator. Welcome!

I am currently seeing clients in person in Brooklyn, as well as providing remote teletherapy in response to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. To schedule a free consultation please click the link below.

Every day you have to abandon your past or accept it, and then, if you cannot accept it, you become a sculptor. - Louise Bourgeouis
